Analysis:
I can't imagine her being any cooler, so the score is the maximum. Even though she's not physically cute, she's extremely affectionate, which is why she got a good cuteness score. Even though there are several fan arts of her with big butt and curves, none of that is visible in the cartoon, so I rate her as having a normal girl's body. however, she has a nice voice, can shapeshift and has a long tongue, so she has a okay rate at the end. She still has a lot of potential unused.

The final score isn't exactly an average because the better you are at one thing, the harder it is to be another, so in the final score I evaluate the potential synergy, and small details. Basically she got plus one point because she has a good combination of qualities.
I'm not proud of it, but I've never watched jujitsu. If you show me some clips, I can tell my first impression, but from what I see, she's the hot and cool type.
Until then, the next waifu will be Mikasa from Attack on Titan.

Analysis
I think her Guilty Gear version is prettier. I think the white hair causes strangeness. Her makeup is nice, but there's not much cuteness beyond that. She acts very sensually, but she didn't get a high score on hotness because you can't see her body properly, which is strange since she shows a lot of skin. She's the main female character, but I don't know anything about her personality compared to other characters. She's an okay waifu, but if it weren't for the interesting design, she would be forgotten.

- her hair is a focal point, being both a soothing color, but also bright enough to grab attention. the short cut with the incandescent glossy undertone makes it look both ethereal but also fits in the realm of sci-fi
- idk how much more you need to see of her body, half of her ass cheeks are sticking out, along with her waist and shoulders. too much clothes isnt sexy, but too little clothes is just bland and prude. having clothes that reveal and not reveal allows one to form the imagination. its a balance of clothes
- her character is suppose to be a femme fatale. she is mysterious in order to be alluring and distract you while she steals your bank information.

Yeah she's kind of mid I would even dare say Kiwi or that buff girl is more interesting than her. Not saying she's not pretty because she is but like yknow generic pretty that it's kind of boring which makes sense since she's the MCa love interest

I agree with everything you said, but her qualities are also her flaws. Her hair is iconic but makes her look older than she actually is, it draws all the attention away from the rest of her body. There's little contrast with her skin. She's like a shining Pokémon.
Her design is brilliant, which is good. But she literally tires the eyes, which makes her lose hotness points. Looking back, I'd give her one more hotnes points. But I don't think it's my fault; she's so shining that you can't her details.
But I'm not going to give her more points just because she's a femme fatale, or because the people think she is pretty inside her story.

sorry but Rebecca outshines her in every respect
