earlier, I smelled a thermoflask i had accidentally left some unfinished tea in since last thursday. in public. i audibly and visibly gagged when i caught a mild whiff of it. it is the most violently putrid smell i have ever smelled. and i have a cat that brings in dead mice daily. so, as you might be able to infer, its pretty fucking bad

uhh eat more calorie dense foods like potatos and grains and also protein
also i recommend beef or chicken for protein unless u vegan then you could sub it out with 20oz mango and banana protein shake

i get ~ 600 cal 3 meals a day
yeah you need 1000cal per meal to make a impact if ur tall
