I'm not saying I enjoy it, but I can definitely see why its #1. The weird ass stuff aside, it tells a story where everyone is always so happy when they have sex. It's not like the modern state of porn where things are so forced and all the fetishes that people have with rape and shit. And even when things seem to be consentual sometimes? Even then, it doesn't take long until the girl starts crying for some unknown reason.
That ben 10 comic on the other hand is very "happy" I would call it. thats the first reason. The other is that the story writing is actually pretty smart because the sex aside, the characters do act pretty natural and alot of thought goes into it. I read that the artist once edited one of his pages because in the bathroom, there was a wooden shelf which was placed very close to the shower, but this would be bad in real life because of how the wood and moisture might interact. But now I went a bit off topic, the main reason is definitely how the artist can convey emotions and it's not brainless porn. I think this is where that joke "I watch it for the plot" comes in? I'm not sure
