Sura has never been professional in her life, she has never had the pressure to perform as a professional, she is used to people being real and being themselves so when sterling fucks off dropping his secretary into sura's life unceremoniously and this secretary immediately talks like a corporate robot missing sura's reason for being angry completely and then pissing her off more with token attempts at reconciliation. When sura finally goes too far understandably finally seeing the secretary as a person with feelings and issues she understandably makes a 180 and accepts her as one of the group.
