You would think that but it's kinda surprising how different someone looks when there eyes and hair change colour. One time a friend of mine with red hair had it dyed like really blonde, (they didn't bleach it) and it took me a solid minute to recognize them when I saw them next.
But still it's the exact same hairstyle and facial structure and I assume a similar voice so yeah she's a fucking dumbass
