Well, i believe that PG's should really take serious the "GAME" part haha, that's why I don't really consider some of Ren'Py games or VN's; so, focusing in some decent content i would recommend:
Dandy boy adventures, Orc massage and Flip Witch.
As honorable mentions: BoneTown, LewdGym, hardcoded and cloud meadow.
Any other recommendation in this side of balancing a good game with good nsfw art?
