Well if we're taking VNs and Ren'pys off the table (which now that I think about would take a lot of hentais I've played off the table) the best porn game I've genuinely enjoyed would be Karryn's prison, mainly because of the amount of commitment the game's dev team had for the corruption narrative and not spoonfeeding the sex scenes in the first battle by having you actually perform an action every turn.
It sets up this dynamic where if you want to play the game for its gameplay the sex comes in when the heat starts to kick in and you aren't on top of everything like at the start.
Castle of temptation and Future Fragments are both on my radar but last I they're both still in development hell. Also it's a pleasant surprise to see another who's also dabbled in hardcoded.
