I’d probably try to become a trainer first and build a competitive team… then fail lol. After retiring, though, I think I’d put together a team that’s actually useful for everyday life.
Rotom: If something electronic breaks or I need an upgrade for my PC, I’ll just shove Rotom into it and hope for the best.
Corviknight: In Sword and Shield, they basically serve as the region’s air taxis. I’d never have to worry about traffic again. I was debating between Corviknight and Dragonite, but Dragonite seems like a hassle to raise when you have to start with a Dratini.
Alakazam: I’m pretty sure the Pokédex mentions that it’s one of the smartest Pokémon out there. I could probably train it to run errands, do my taxes, or manage my finances. Basically a Sheldon Cooper.
Chansey: With how expensive hospital visits are these days, I want a Pokémon that can heal illnesses and injuries. Plus, it could help take care of my other Pokémon.
Ditto: If I ever need something really specific, Ditto can probably handle it. If I can’t find one, I’d settle for a Machamp. It could carry groceries, move furniture, and all that shit.

And finally, Gardevoir: Y’all know why. 👀👀
