ngl i would pick water because of all the use like imagine taking a river frezzing the water and making a ice tank sure its not very durable as a tank but i could still move just like a real tank and hell if i get the mechnism right i could prolly shoot if i utilise steam and pressure to shoot a ice shell. and since i can fully control ice as long as i focuse it wont melt
