Depends if you are on bedrock or java edition. If you are on java, surround a lingering potion with arrows in a crafting table grid. In Bedrock, you can do the same thing, but you can also put a potion into a cauldron by right clicking the cauldron, then right click the cauldron again with your arrows in hand. Hope this helped!😄
