New Government Rule

you got it right.

some of these i havent fully worked out the loopholes, but here they are



ELECTION REFORM:

- All elections are to be paid for by the government. Each politician is given a fixed amount of money to use for their campaign and are limited by external funding; they must provide a detailed financial statement of their campaign lest be disqualified for fraud. Financial statements will be monitored and then made public at the end of the election. 

-  All politicians or parties must pay a security deposit (out of pocket) to participate in the election. The cost will depend on the amount of votes they received last election. New politicians and parties pay the lowest minimum, while the current party in office must pay the maximum. 

- all political parties running must be allowed to participate in election debates

- New politicians must gain enough votes equivalent to at least .00055% of the national population to be eligible for the full return of their deposit.

- If a returning politician or party does not receive more votes than the previous election and is not at least .00055% of the national population, they lose their deposit.

- you must renounce any dual citizenships, noble titles, and visas provided by foreign nations to run for office. 

- disqualified from running if you are of the age of retirement



POLITICIAN FINANCE REFORM:

- All politicians in office will have their monetary assets frozen for the duration of their term, plus an additional 3 months. After the 3 months, they will have all their assets returned to them including interest equivalent to the rate of inflation from the start and end of the period of their being frozen. Anything that does not hold fixed tangible value can be placed in the care of a Blind Trust. 

- All politicians will be paid on the fixed income equivalent to the median income of the town, city, county, state, and country they represent. 

- Presidential expenses made exclusively for work purposes will not be included into the president’s income, but would be paid for by the Office and will be made publicly available at the end of each quarter. 

- all government funded programs must provide a publicly available finance sheet that details income and expenditures. failure to comply will permanently revoke them of any government funding. this includes government bailout



TAX REFORM

- full reset on all taxes and their deductibles. will now only be a 10% income tax that will incrementally increase to 40% to the highest income earner in the country. this will be calculated by the organizing individual household by their reported annual income from the previous year, and how you rank to the rest of the nation will determine how much taxes you must pay. 

- religions no longer have tax exemption

- school will be granted tax benefits based on ing grades of the students

- (this one i am still 50/50 on) tax deduction will be calculated based how well the child of said household does on national exams (on one hand, massive increase for motivation for child education. on the other hand, way too much fking pressure on the kids. imagine dad beating the shit out of you because he has to pay more taxes due to you getting an F)





PATENT/COPYRIGHT/FREE-USE REFORM

- all IPs have a maximum lifespan of 24 years

- you cannot place patents on concepts, only physical technology

- any IP that is not used for more than 365 days will automatically be made public domain

- if a company stops ing a live license, they lose all rights to said license and cannot stop consumers from attempting to revive it. (essentially the Stop Killing Games Act)

- any project that was initially cancelled for the purpose of tax deductibles on loss will now be public domain. 



GLOBALIST REFORM

- no birthright citizenship. at least one parent must be a citizen prior to birth. (Taiwan already has this law, but i know this is a hot topic in America since illegals just play "touch homebase")

- anyone caught illegally crossing the border will be will be subject to the mercy of Coast Guard, which includes death. this does not count overstayed visas, this only counts people coming through by boat without any process

- anyone caught employing illegal migrants will be charged with trafficking

- international federal aid cannot exceed the available welfare programs of the citizens. this is calculated by the total cost of the aid sent to a nation divided by said nation's population. 

- these are subject to change or exemption for allied nations of if we are in WW3



GENERAL REFORM

- lying about being a victim of rape/sexual assault will be a felony equal to the crime initially accused

- swatting will be a felony equal to falsifying a bomb threat

- any crime that involves a fine will be calculated to increase by the person's income

- companies can no longer buy houses

- companies are no longer exempt from environmental fines

- age of consent increased to the age to smoke tobacco

- full right to open carry automatic firearms in public

- full right to defend one self and ones property with lethal force (aka, you can shoot shoplifters)

- livestreams platforms that show illegal activity will be charged as an accomplice for said activity

- if someone is serving time for a crime that is no longer illegal, the sentence for said crime will be halved. if they have already served more than half of said sentence, they are free to leave. 

- an interest cap on credit cards

- all jobs that are classified as nonessential (anything that does not involve sanitation, farms, water, power, construction, etc) will no longer require a minimum wage

- unless explicitly curated for children, all social medias are banned from having any underage s. failure to comply will have the site charged with grooming.
